bao ba zhang.
my mum had a really interesting conversation with my dad on the train today regarding a ba zhang sms. a little background: my dad basically understand zero chinese so he depends on my mum to translate all those greetings and forwarded messages for different festivals in chinese.

dad asked mum to read one of such smses.
mum: it's about eat ba zhang la.
dad: what does it say?
mum: aiyah, something about bao ba zhang will let you bao win toto.
dad: wait i wanna reply to that.
mum: you crazy ah! eat ba zhang is on wed leh! it's already over!

today i let my 1 year old niece crawl all over me. literally. since it's your bday i shall let you off for climbing over my head.
